Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji fluorescenčním vlastnostem vybraných kvarterních benzo[c]fenanthridinových alkaloidů (koptisin, korysamin). Sledoval jsem změny intenzity fluorescence samotných alkaloidů a alkaloidů navázaných na dvouřetězcovou DNA. Získaná data byla použita k výpočtům limitů detekce DNA. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I study fluorescent properties of selected quaternary benzo[c]phenanthridine alkaloids (coptisine, corysamine). I observed changes of fluorescence intensity of alkaloids without nucleic acid and alkaloids interacting with double-stranded DNA. Obtained data were used for calculations of DNA limits of detection.
