Proposal of an effective Mediaservis delivery network on the territory of the Pardubice city
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá podrobnou analýzou distribuční sítě společnosti Mediaservis, která na trhu působí jako alternativní poštovní operátor. Jsou představeny metody, se kterými společnost pracuje a následně je proveden návrh efektivní distribuční sítě pro město Pardubice. V závěru práce je tento návrh ekonomicky zhodnocen.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with a detailed analysis of the distribution network of the Mediaservis company, which is active on the market as an alternative post operator. The work introduces methods, which the company employs and subsequently a proposal for an effective distribution network for the city of Pardubice is elaborated.
