Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zpracována dle zadání na zvolené téma poskytování údajů z katastru nemovitostí České republiky. Cílem práce je provést vymezení základních pojmů a provést analýzu platné právní úpravy poskytování údajů z katastru nemovitostí včetně možných budoucích úprav legislativy. Práce je doplněna o přílohy praktických ukázek výstupů z katastru, které jsou propojeny s textovou částí.

This Bachelor thesis has been compiled in compliance with the submission of the selected theme – provision of data from the Real Estate Register of the Czech Republic.
