The Linguo-culturological Value of Russian, Ukrainian and Czech Weatherlore of the Calendar Cycle
Abstract:
The thesis is dedicated to analysis of national weather sayings of calendar cycle (connected to a particular day of the calendar) as one of the types of paremiological units with forecasting function. The comparative analysis of Russian, Ukraine, and Czech weather sayings was carried out from the viewpoint of linguoculturology, on semantic, rhythmic and syntactic level.
Abstract:
Disertační práce je věnována analýze národních pranostik kalendářního cyklu (s vazbou ke konkrétnímu kalendářnímu dni) jako jednoho z typů paremiologických jednotek s prognostickou funkcí. Srovnávací analýza ruských, ukrajinských a českých pranostik na sémantické, rytmické a syntaktické rovině byla provedena z pohledu lingvokulturologie.
