Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přípravy a charakterizace filmů na bázi přírodních polymerů, zeinu a chitosanu, s přídavkem různých typů aktivních látek, resp. jejich směsí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku filmů na bázi proteinů, na jejich přípravu a také na faktory, které ovlivňují jejich výsledné vlastnosti. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the preparation and characterization of films based on natural polymers, zein and chitosan, with the addition of various types of active substances, respectively mixtures thereof. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of protein-based films, their preparation and also on the factors that affect their final properties.
