Abstract:
Práce se zabývá tématem odstupného a jeho kompenzační rolí při skončení pracovního poměru. V obecné rovině vymezuje základní pojmy zpracovávané problematiky v pracovním právu a zařazuje je do širších souvislostí. Nosnou částí práce představuje institut odstupného a jeho specifikace. Závěr je věnován aktuální právní úpravě institutu odstupného.
Abstract:
The work deals with the topic of redundancy payment compensation and its role in the termination of employment. In general, defines the basic concepts treated the issue of labor law and connects them with the broader context of law.
