Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi mimosoudního řešení spotřebitelských sporů v České republice, důraz klade na mediaci. Shrnuje současnou státní politiku v oblasti ochrany spotřebitele, přibližuje jednotlivé alternativní metody řešení sporů. This bachelor thesis deals with alternative resolutions of consumer disputes in the Czech Republic and puts the emphasis on mediation.
