Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohledávek a jejich řízení z účetního, daňového a právního hlediska ve vybrané společnosti. This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of receivables and their management from an accounting, tax and legal point of view in a selected company. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of receivables and on the process from their origin through securing, cash collection and allowances to their extinction.
