Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza organizační struktury a systému řízení vybraného podniku. Pro tuto analýzu byla vybrána firma TIPAFROST a.s., která sídlí v Třebíči. V teoretické části je vysvětlena teorie a tím vysvětleny i důležité pojmy, které se týkají organizace podniku a její tvorby.
Abstract:
The objective of the bachelor thesis is analysis of the organization structure and management system of TIPAFROST Plc company based in Třebíč. The theoretical part presents, besides the theory, the important terms relevant to company organization and its production. Next, the terms related to management system of a company are explained.
