Supplementary pension insurance with state contribution as a part of pension reform

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat současný stav důchodového systému s jeho problémy, penzijní připojištění a přiblížit návrhy jednotlivých politických stran týkající se penzijního připojištění se státním příspěvkem jako součásti penzijní reformy. V práci též předkládám platnou legislativu upravující tuto oblast a též vysvětluji některé pojmy pro ni specifické.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to describe the current state pension system, with its problems, supplementary pension insurence and to bring the proposals of various political parties on supplementary pension insurence as part of a national pension reform. I also present valid legislation governing this area and also explain some of its specific terms.
