Starch determination and basic chemical parameters of cereals
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na chemické charakteristiky u vybraných druhů obilovin. Teoretická část obsahuje popis obilovin, chemické složení obilného zrna, pěstované druhy u nás a ve světě a popis vybraných druhů obilovin. V experimentální části je uvedeno stanovení jejich základních chemických charakteristik.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the chemical characteristics of selected cereals species. The theoretic part contains characteristic of cereals, chemical structure of grain, species, that are grown in our country and the world and a description of selected species. There is the determination of basic chemical characteristics (moisture, ash, starch) in experimental part.
