Abstract:
Diplomová práce byla věnována studiu vlastností mezenchymálních kmenových buněk (MSCs) izolovaných ze stromální vaskulární frakce tukové a pojivové tkáně. Provedené experimenty byly přednostně zaměřeny na imunomodulační schopnosti těchto buněk. MSCs byly kultivovány spolu s T-lymfocyty stimulovanými antigenem in vitro. Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to the study of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), which are isolated from stromal vascular fraction of adipose and connective tissue. Especially, immunomodulatory properties of MSCs were studied. MSCs were cultivated in a presence of T-lymphocytes, which were stimulated by antigens in vitro.
