The Financing of Production Machine

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřoval na problematiku financování dlouhodobého majetku v podniku. Hlavním cílem byl výběr nejlepší možné varianty získání zdrojů na pořízení výrobního stroje do spolupracující reklamní agentury. Při řešení této otázky jsem použil vybrané metody finanční analýzy, které slouží například k porovnávání výhodnosti leasingu a bankovního úvěru. Použití těchto metod spočívalo v dosazení získaných údajů od finančních institucí do jednotlivých vzorců a porovnávání výsledků, které z tohoto dosazení vzešly. Provedeným porovnáváním jsem došel k závěru, že nejlepší možnou variantou pro financování pořízení nového výrobního stroje je finanční leasing. Výsledky této práce umožňují majitelce spolupracující reklamní agentury výběr té nejvýhodnější varianty financování nového výrobního stroje a investovat své prostředky co nejefektivněji.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis, I focused on issues of financing of fixed assets in a business. The main goal was selection of the best possible variant of gaining sources for acquisition of a manufacturing machine for a co-operating publicity agency. When solving this issue, I used the selected methods of financial analysis, serving for example to comparison of favourableness of a leasing and a bank credit. The use of these methods consisted in application of data gained from financial institutions to individual formulas and comparison of results received by this application. By the made comparison I came to the conclusion that the best possible variant for financing of acquisition of a new manufacturing machine is financial leasing. The results of this thesis enable the owner of the co-operating publicity agency to select the most favourable variant of financing of a new manufacturing machine and to invest her funds in the most effective way.
