The status of self-employed persons in the health insurance legislation
Abstract:
Práce analyzuje průběh pojištění osob samostatně výdělečně činných u vybrané zdravotní pojišťovny a nabízí varianty řešení splatných závazků za podmínky, kdy dlužné částky jsou řešeny cestou mimo exekučního řízení. V závěru práce jsou uvedena obecná doporučení pro plátce nacházejících se v obdobných situacích.
Abstract:
The thesis analyzes the course of insurance of self-employed persons at a selected health insurance company and offers variants of solution payable obligations if debts are solved out of enforcement processing. At the end of the thesis are given general suggestions for payers, who are in similar situations.
