Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlivu demografických změn a globalizace na kulturu a strategii organizací, které tak musí být přizpůsobeny vznikajícímu multikulturnímu a multietnickému prostředí. Shrnuje teoretické poznatky týkající se národní a podnikové kultury a jejich propojení, následně je ověřuje analýzou konkrétního podniku. This work examines the influence of demographic changes and globalization on the culture and strategy of organizations, which must be adapted to the emerging multicultural and multi-ethnic environment.
