Nursing Process in a Patient with a Non-Healing Postoperative Wound

Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s nehojící se pooperační ránou. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část věnující se problematice hojení ran, kde jsou charakterizovány rány a popsány postupy hojení těchto defektů. Dále se bakalářská práce dělí na část, která specifikuje ošetřovatelskou péči u péče o rány a mimo jiné se také věnuje charakteristice samotné teorie ošetřovatelského procesu. Další součástí této práce je část praktická, kde je popsán konkrétní ošetřovatelský procesu u pacienta s nehojící se pooperační ránou. V tomto ošetřovatelském procesu jsou uvedeny anamnestické údaje, je zde popsán průběh onemocnění i samotné hospitalizace a také popis diagnostických metod a postup léčby, který byl u pacienta zvolen. Důležitou částí tohoto ošetřovatelského procesu je neodmyslitelně stanovení aktuálních a potencionálních ošetřovatelských diagnóz na základně kterých byl vytvořen ošetřovatelský plán, který byl následně zrealizovaný a vyhodnocený. Ošetřovatelské diagnózy byly stanoveny dle NANDA I. Taxonomie II. V poslední části bakalářské práce jsou vypsána doporučení pro pacienty, jejich nejbližší a všeobecné sestry v oblasti hojení ran.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the nursing process in a patient with a non-healing postoperative wound. The bachelor thesis is divided into a section dealing with the issue of wound healing, where wounds are characterized and procedures for healing these defects are described. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis is divided into a section that specifies nursing care for wound care and, among other things, also deals with the characteristics of the theory of the nursing process itself. Another part of this work is the practical part, which describes a specific nursing process in a patient with a non-healing postoperative wound. In this nursing process, anamnestic data are given, the course of the disease and the hospitalization itself are described, as well as a description of the diagnostic methods and treatment procedure chosen for the patient. An important part of this nursing process is the inherent determination of current and potential nursing diagnoses on the basis of which a nursing plan was created, which was subsequently implemented and evaluated. Nursing diagnoses were determined according to NANDA I. Taxonomy II. The last part of the bachelor thesis lists recommendations for patients, their closest and general nurses in the field of wound healing.
