Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika street artu a graffiti jako způsobu využití volného času. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části definuji pojmy subkultura, volný čas, street art a graffiti. Dále se zabývám rizikovým jednáním pouličních umělců, legislativou, postihy za vandalství a prevencí nelegální tvorby. The theme of this bachelor thesis is the issue of street art and graffiti as a way of spending leisure time. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical one and practical one. In the theoretical part I define concepts of the subculture, leisure time, street art and graffiti.
