Software of corneal topographer

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem software rohovkového topografu se zabývá vývojem zobrazení tvaru rohovky, samotným programem, který tento tvar zpracovává a na něm navazující programové odlišnosti různých firem. Hlavní kapitola popisuje funkce, které software nabízí. Počínaje popisem menu rohovkové topografie, které obsahuje rozbor keratometrie, indexů a excentricity rohovky. Následně navazují kapitoly o přehledových a porovnávacích mapách, o možnostech simulace aplikace kontaktních čoček, výškové mapě, Zernikeho analýze a pupilometrie. Další část je věnovaná vyšetřovacímu postupu a kalibračnímu procesu. Závěr hodnotí význam rohovkové topografie v optometrické a oftalmologické praxi.

Abstract:

Bachelor´s thesis named Software of corneal topographer deals with history of corneal topography, with software of topography itself and in addition with a comparison of software from various companies. The main chapter's focus is on functions, which the corneal topography's software offers. The beginning deals with the description of the corneal topography's manual, including the analysis of keratometry, indices and corneal's eccentricity. The following chapters are about comparison and summarizing maps, simulation of contact lenses, height map Zernike analysis and pupillometry. Moreover, one chapter is dedicated to investigative procedures and to calibration process. The end is devoted to effectivenes of corneal topography in optometric and optalmological practise.
