Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce "Stres a jeho vliv na pracovní výkon perioperačních sester" je identifikovat nejčastější stresové faktory v práci perioperačních sester a jejich projevy. Vzhledem ke komplexnímu působení stresu na celý organismus mě zajímá, zda si perioperační sestry uvědomují jeho vliv, ovlivňuje-li jejich pracovní výkon a dopouští-li se v důsledku stresu pracovních pochybení. The main goal of my thesis "Stress and its influence on the working performance of perioperative nurses" is to identify the most common stress factors in the work of perioperative nurses and thein speeches.
