The employment of people with physical disability

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tělesně postiženými osobami v kontextu jejich pozice na trhu práce. V teoretické části bude provedeno základní vymezení tělesně postižených osob. Následovat bude analýza ukotvení osob s tělesným postižením na trhu práce z pohledu legislativního. Důležitou součástí bude propojení vzdělávání a zaměstnávání jako navazujících prvků jednoho celku. Poslední součástí teoretické části bude propojení důležitosti zapojení se do pracovního procesu a toho, co tomu může bránit. Praktická část rozebere konkrétní informace o trhu volných pracovních míst pro osoby se zdravotním postižením za účelem pomoci uchazečům o zaměstnání.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with physically disabled people in the context of their position in the labour market. In the theoretical part, the definitions of physical disabilities are provided. In addition, the legislative perspective of physically disabled people in the labour market is studied. The important part of the thesis is interconnecting education and employment as closely linked elements of a unit. The last part of the theoretical part is describing the importance of inclusion disabled people into the labour process and its possible obstacles. The practical part examines specific information about the job market for disabled people with the aim of helping the job applicants.
