Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem krizové komunikace a krizového managementu v době pandemie covid-19 ve vybraném podniku. V práci je uvedena rešerše na danou problematiku. Dále se práce soustředí na vypracování průzkumu změny trhu, ale také na analýzu hrozeb, které s pandemií přichází. Výsledkem práce je projekt krizové komunikace daného podniku a Business Continuity Plan, který podnik může využívat v praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of crisis communication and crisis management in selected company during Covid-19 pandemic. There is a verification of the issue using a recherche. The thesis prepares a research of market change and analysis of threats that come with a pandemic Covid-19. The work´s results are a crisis management project, crisis communication plan of the company and a Business Continuity Plan that a company can use in practice.
