Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je umořování listin. Práce se tomuto institutu věnuje z pohledu právní úpravy současné i předcházející a dále obsahuje rozbor vybraných judikátů a komparaci s právem Spolkové republiky Německo. Tuto uzavírá poslední kapitola věnující se zhodnocení současné právní úpravy a úvahám de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
Subject of this diploma thesis is the redemption of certificates. It deals with this institute from the perspective of preceding as well as actual legal regulations. The thesis includes analysis of chosen judicates too, and a comparison of our legal situation with law of Federal Republic of Germany.
