Group Therapy of Aphasia in Development of Pragmatic Language Level

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá skupinovou terapií afázie a rozvojem pragmatické roviny jazyka. Skládá se ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V první kapitole je vymezena základní terminologie týkající se komunikace a narušené komunikační schopnosti a popisuje verbální, neverbální a paraverbální komunikaci. Také se kapitola věnuje stručnému popisu psycholingvistiky jako vědního oboru. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na stručný popis anatomie mozku a centrální řízení řeči. Dále je zde popsána historie oboru afaziologie a získané neurogenní poruchy řeči – afázie. Praktická část práce analyzuje skupinovou terapii afázie v rámci rozvoje pragmatické roviny jazyka. Zaměřuje se na projevy narušené komunikační schopnosti, použití neverbálních prostředků, spolupráci rodiny a analýzu materiálů určených k terapii afázie.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with group therapy of aphasia in development of pragmatic language level. The thesis consists of two parts – theoretical one and practical one. The first chapter of the theoretical part defines elementary terms about communication and impairment of communication abilities. The subchapters describe the discipline of psycholinguistic, verbal and nonverbal communication and a paralanguage. The second chapter of the theoretical part focuses on brain anatomy and language areas of the brain. It describes the history of aphasiology and an acquired language disorder – aphasia, its etiology, classification and group therapy of aphasia. The practical part of the thesis (its third chapter) analyses a group therapy of aphasia in the development of pragmatic language level. It focuses on the manifestations of impairment of communication abilities, use of nonverbal communication, family interaction and an analysis of materials used in a therapy.
