Foster care as one of the forms of alternative family care

Abstract:

V této práci se zabývám pěstounskou péčí jako jednou z forem náhradní rodinné péče. Charakterizuji pojmy jako je osvojení, pěstounská péče, pěstounská péče na přechodnou dobu, poručenství. Blíže specifikuji zprostředkování náhradní rodinné péče a následně srovnávám dvě kazuistiky týkající se svěření dětí do pěstounské péče. Cílem v aplikační části bylo uvést dvě modelové situace týkající se svěření dětí do pěstounské péče. Cíl v teoretické části byl charakterizovat rodinu, její funkci a zaměřit se na problematiku ohrožených dětí. Poté jsem uvedla formy náhradní rodinné péče a její specifika.

Abstract:

In this work I deal with foster care as one of the forms of alternative family care. I characterize the concepts such as adoption, foster care, foster care, temporary guardianship. Closer do I specify the mediation of substitute family care and subsequently compare the two case histories concerning the custody of children in foster care. The aim of the application part was to put two model situations regarding the custody of children in foster care. The objective in the theoretical part to characterize the family, its function, and focused on the issue of children at risk. Then I said forms of substitute family care and its specifics.
