Pension reform, reasons and risks.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl popsat především důchodovou reformu v ČR, její důvody a rizika. První část je zaměřena na obecnou definici sociálního státu, na popis důchodových systémů obecně a jejich financování. Nejobsáhlejší kapitola se zabývá samotnou reformou důchodového systému v ČR. V závěru je uvedeno srovnání našeho důchodového systému se systémy Slovenska a Maďarska.

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis aims at describing the CR pension reform along with the reasons behind it and potential risks. The first section focuses on a general definition of a social state, description of pension systems in general and their funding. The most extensive section deals with the CR pension reform itself. In the final section, a comparison is made of the CR pension system with those of Slovakia and Hungary.
