Analysis of the adaptation process from the perspective of employees

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou adaptačního procesu z perspektivy zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem je na teoretické úrovni popsat biologický, psychologický a sociálně pedagogický přístup ke zkoumanému procesu. Pro pochopení zkoumané problematiky je podstatné vymezení souvisejících pojmů - adaptace, motivace, učení a postoje, neboť jsou to aspekty vstupující do tohoto procesu, jak vyplývá i z předloženého výzkumu. Výzkum byl proveden prostřednictvím Q – metodologie, která je vhodná především pro zjištění postojů respondentů k dané problematice.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the adaptation process form the prespective of employees. The main goal is to describe on a theoretical level the biological, psychological and socio – pedagogical approach to the researched process. It seems important do define related concepts such as adaptation, motivation, learning and attitudes, as these are aspects entering into this process, as follows from the resarch presented. The research was carried out using Q – methodology, which is suitable for determining the attitudes of respondents to the issue.
