Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany duševního vlastnictví na mezinárodní úrovni, zejména pak Obchodní dohodou proti padělatelství (ACTA). Cílem práce je rozbor nejvýznamnějších částí této dohody a diskuse reálného dopadu jednotlivých článků, pokud by dohoda vstoupila v platnost. This bachelor thesis deals with the protection of intellectual property at the international level, particularly with the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA).
