Physical activities motivated by a fairy tale with non-traditional tool

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Pohybové činnosti motivované pohádkou s netradiční pomůckou si klade za cíl vytvořit metodický materiál cviků, pohybových a psychomotorických her pro děti předškolního věku, který je vložen do tematického plánu Cvičíme a hrajeme si s princeznou na hrášku. Ten je provázán pohádkou O princezně na hrášku jakožto motivace. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku a vývoj dítěte předškolního věku, dále se zabývá pohybem dítěte, se kterým souvisí i pohyb v rámcovém vzdělávacím programu, práce se následně věnuje motivaci a relaxaci. Uvedeno je i využití pomůcek ke cvičení. Praktickou část tvoří zásobník cviků a pohybových her, které jsou součástí tematického plánu Cvičíme a hrajeme si s princeznou na hrášku, který obsahuje další řízené a částečně řízené činnosti. Práce je doplněna fotodokumentací a hodnocením.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis, topic Physical activities motivated by a fairy tale with non-traditional tool aims at create a methodical material of exercises, movement and psychomotor games for preschool children, which is included in the thematic plan We exercise and play with the pea princess. It is accompanied by a fairy tale about a pea princess as a motivation. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics and development of the preschool child, it also deals with the child's movement, which i salso related to the movement in the framework education programme, then the thesis focuses on motivation and relaxation. It i salso mentioned the use of exercise equipment. The practical part consists of a collection of exercises and movement games, which is part of thematic plan We exercise and play with the pea princess, which includes other controlled and partially controlled activities. The work is complemented by photographic documentation and evaluation.
