Personality of the offender crime robberies

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je obecně zaměřena na osobnost pachatele násilného trestného činu. Zároveň definuje jev násilné kriminality z pohledu kriminologie a ostatních souvisejících vědních oboru s orientací na zločin loupeže ve vymezeném teritoriu a jeho dopad pro společnost v sociální oblasti. Teoretická část popisuje obecnou rovinu násilné trestné činnosti a shrnuje nejnovější poznatky odborné veřejnosti k osobnosti pachatele, způsobům páchání a dalším kriminologickým aspektům vymezené trestné činnosti. Praktická část koncipuje poznatky o osobnosti pachatele loupeže v Moravskoslezském kraji resp. v teritoriu územního odboru PČR Bruntál v období let 2006 ?2010 a deskripci osobnosti pachatele loupeže v sociálním kontextu našeho regionu. Táto část, stejně jako teoretická je doplněna grafickým zpracováním.

Abstract:

My thesis is a common bent on person of the offender forcible crime. At the same time defines phenomenon forcible criminality from aspect of the criminology and of the others related branches of science with orientation on the robberies, in the determinate territories and his effect for the society in the social sphere. Theoretic part describes common level forcible punishable activities plus summarises up - to - date piece of knowledge special public to person of the offender, mode of operation and the next criminological aspects determinate punishable activities. Practical part pens piece of knowledge about personalities burglar in the Moravia and Silesia region respektively in the territories territorial union PČR Bruntál in interval years from 2006 to 2010 and descriptive robbers at the social context our region. That part just as theoretic is the supplemented graphic processing.
