This thesis deals with the valuation of property for the purposes of liability bank loan. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá oceňovaním nehnuteľnosti pre potreby ručenia bankového úveru. Prvá kapitola je teoretická časť zameraná na zadefinovanie pojmov, čo je oceňovanie, ohodnocovanie, znalec, bankový úver.
