The Implementation of Machine Components Design Methods into PLM

Abstract:

Úkolem disertační práce je propojit metody návrhu strojních součástí s prostředím životního cyklu výrobku (Product Lifecycle Management). V první fázi se proto zabývá teorií a shromažďuje informace o softwarových řešení oblasti PLM, současně s mapováním metod návrhu strojních součástí. Pro ověření využitelnosti kombinace metod návrhu strojních součástí a řešení PLM v praxi, je v druhé fázi teoretické části uveden současný stav techniky oblasti zvoleného strojírenského segmentu, pro který budou zvolené metody (inovační, Design For X a další) využívány a konstrukčním zpracováním aplikovány. Navazující experimentální část je taktéž rozdělena do dvou fází, kdy v prvním kroku přináší návrh, jakým způsobem lze provést propojení (implementaci) vybraných konstrukčních metod do oblasti PLM. Ve druhé fázi experimentální části disertační práce laboratorně aplikuje vybrané metody návrhu strojních součástí pro zpracování konstrukční úlohy vývoje krbových kamen s přímou návazností na životní prostředí a ekologii, jakožto zvoleného strojírenského segmentu a zároveň při výzkumu a vývoji používá vybraných softwarových nástrojů prostředí PLM. Závěrem disertační práce sumarizuje vhodnost a potřebu modulů PLM a metod návrhu strojních součástí a jejich kombinace.

Abstract:

The task of the dissertation thesis is to connect the design methods of machine components with the product life cycle environment (Product Lifecycle Management). The first phase deals with the theory and collects information about software solutions in the PLM area, simultaneously with the mapping of machine component design methods. In the second phase of the theoretical part, the current state of the art in the area of the selected engineering segment is presented for which the methods will be chosen (innovative, Design For X and others) and used. The follow-up experimental part is also divided into two phases, where the first step brings a proposal on how to connect (implemented) selected design methods to the PLM area. In the second phase of the experimental part of the doctoral thesis, the laboratory applies selected methods of designing machine components to process the design task of developing fireplace stoves with a direct connection to the environment and ecology as a chosen engineering segment, and at the same time uses selected software tools of the PLM environment during research and development. In conclusion, the dissertation thesis summarizes the suitability and need for PLM modules and methods of designing machine components and their combination.
