Tato práce se zabývá stereoselektivní syntézou (Z)-2-(2-bromvinyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolanu a jeho reaktivitou v cross-coupling reakcích. Syntéza zahrnuje bromoboraci acetylenu následovanou převedením vzniklého dibrom(2-bromvinyl)boranu na stabilní pinakolboronát. Abstract:
This thesis deals with stereoselective synthesis of (Z)-2-(2-bromovinyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolane and its cross-coupling reactions. The synthesis involves bromoboration of acetylene and subsequent transformation of the dibromo(2-bromovinyl)borane formed into a stable pinacolboronate.
