Molekulárně-genetické aspekty komorových arytmií: syndrom dlouhého QT intervalu
Molecular-genetic aspects of ventricular arrhythmias" the long QT syndrome
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje otázkám korelace genotypu a fenotypu v rodinách s výskytem syndromu dlouhého QT intervalu. Hodnotí výskyt klinických příznaků u nosičů mutací v genech pro iontové kanály moykardu a přínos zatěžového elektrokardiografického vyšetření k potvrzení diagnózy u jedinců s hraničním vyjadřením choroby. V rámci dizertační práce byl prioritně popsán fenomén zátěžové závislých změn morfologie …moreAbstract:
The study correlates genotype to phenotype in families with long QT syndrome. The occurence of clinical symptomes is analysed in carriers of cardiac ion channel mutations. The role of electrocardiographic stress testing is assessed for diagnosis confirmation in individuals with borderline expression of the disease. For the first time the study describes exercise related changes of T wave morphology …more
