Bakalářská práce popisuje hemodialýzu jako léčebnou metodu.Nastiňuje problematiku ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů v dialyzačním programu a s ním související podávání informací v rámci edukace pro dialyzovaného pacienta.Praktická část se věnuje tvorbě edukačního manuálu a záznamového listu pro zdravotníckou dokumentaci a popisuje implementaci periodických edukací do praxe.
