Proposal to amend the remuneration of employees in the company Active Colour, Ltd.
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti Active Colour s.r.o. Charakterizuje odměňování obecně, popisuje společnost Active Colour s.r.o. a stávající systém odměňování v ní. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje, jaké požadavky mají zaměstnanci na jejich odměňování. A dále navrhuje, jaké změny by měla společnost provést.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the system of remuneration of employees in Active Colour, Ltd. It characterizes remuneration in general, describes the company Active Colour, Ltd. and the existing remuneration system in it. Using a survey it determines what requirements the employees have on their pay. Furthermore it suggests what changes the company should make.
