Cash monetary circulation in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Hotovostní peněžní oběh v ČR“ je především analýza příčin aktuálního vývoje hotovostního peněžního oběhu v ČR za posledních deset let a vyhodnocení související problematiky makro trendů. V první části se zaměřuji na vysvětlení pojmu „peněz“, jejich definice a funkce. Poté objasňuji úlohu centrální banky a obchodních bank v hotovostním peněžním oběhu. Následující kapitola je zaměřená na podrobný popis hotovostního peněžního oběhu v ČR od roku 2001 do roku 2011. Tato kapitola je zpracována na základě srovnání jednotlivých let. Další kapitoly popisují technologie, které mají vliv na hotovostní peněžní oběh a techniku peněz. Poslední část se zabývá predikcí hotovostního peněžního oběhu.

Abstract:

The subject of the submitted thesis "Cash monetary circulation in the Czech Republic" is primarily the analysis of the causes of the current development of cash monetary circulation in the Czech Republic over the last ten years and evaluation of issues related to macro trends. In the first part, I explain the concept of "money", its definitions and functions. After I deal with the role of central banks and commercial banks in cash money circulation. The following chapter focuses on a detailed description of the cash circulation in the CR from 2001 to 2011.This chapter was prepared based on a comparison of every individual year. The next chapters describe the technologies that affect the cash monetary circulation and technology of money. The last part deals with the prediction of cash circulation.
