Logistics Information Systems in a Selected Automotive Company with a Focus on Layouts
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá logistickými informačními systémy v automobilové společnosti Škoda Auto a.s. se zaměřením na dispozice. Na základě analýzy aktuálně zavedených procesů byla vytvořena řešení pro zefektivnění daných procesů tak, aby došlo k úspoře jednotlivých logistických ukazatelů, zejména úspoře času.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with logistics information systems in the automotive company ŠKODA AUTO a.s. with a focus on dispositions. Based on the analysis of the currently established processes, solutions were created to streamline the given processes in order to save individual logistic indicators, especially time savings.
