Autor si pro své téma diplomové práce vybral historii Právnické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity, a to v poválečném období let 1945 až 1950. Autor se úvodem věnuje poválečné obnově fakulty a škodám, věcným i personálním, se kterými se fakulta musela vyrovnat. Další kapitola je věnována právní úpravě a organizaci fakulty. Author has chosen the history of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in post-war years of 1945-1950 as his thesis topic. In the beginning, author deals with post-war restoration of the faculty and to damage, both material and personal, with which the faculty had to settle up.
