Téma mé bakalářské práce „Ocenění nemovitostí pro zajištění hypotečního úvěru“ se dotýká problému jak tržního ocenění nemovitostí při zajištění hypotečního úvěru, tak popisu metod oceňování nemovitého majetku. The topic of my bachelor's thesis "Valuation of real estate for securing a mortgage loan" touches on the problem of both the market valuation of real estate in securing a mortgage loan and the description of methods of valuing real estate.
