Abstract:

Práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací prototypu pájecí stanice, který bude umožňovat nastavení pájecí teploty a zobrazovat informace o zařízení na displeji. V první kapitole jsou popsány základní principy a zapojení, které se dají použít k realizaci měření a regulace teploty. Je zde také popsán návrh PI regulátoru. V další kapitole je shrnut použitý mikroprocesor a jeho funkční bloky. Třetí kapitola se zabývá konkrétními použitými zapojeními. V poslední kapitole je popsán návrh programu a jednotlivé funkční bloky algoritmu.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on design and implementation of a prototype soldering station, which will allow to set soldering temperature and view of the device information on display. The first chapter describes elementary principles and circuit that can be used to implement the measurement and control of temperature. There is also described PI controller design. The next chapter summarize use of microcontroller and his functional blocks. The third chapter deals with specific activation used. The last chapter describe the design of the program and individual functional blocks of the algorithm.
