Business plan for a leisure centre by the Karvinské moře

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro volnočasové centrum u Karvinského moře a formulování doporučení pro jeho realizaci. Plánované volnočasové centrum má sloužit jako multifunkční zařízení pro aktivní trávení volného času, zejména jako občerstvení a půjčovna sportovního vybavení. Teoretická část práce podrobně vymezuje strukturu obchodního modelu zahrnující aspekty podnikatelského plánu, specifika podnikatelské entity, marketingový plán, situační analýzu, analýzu zákazníků, kapitálu, konkurence a rizik. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou detailně popsány kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody sběru dat, včetně rozhovorů, ankety, terénního průzkumu. Dále je v praktické části provedena analýza získaných dat a výsledků, včetně kvalitativního vyhodnocení a interpretace dat a je sestaven podnikatelský plán pro volnočasové centrum a formulace doporučení pro budoucí implementaci volnočasového centra u Karvinského moře.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to draw up a business plan for a leisure center near the Karvinské moře and to formulate recommendations for its implementation. The planned leisure center is intended to serve as a multi-functional facility for active leisure time, in particular as refreshments and sports equipment rental. The theoretical part of the thesis defines in detail the structure of the business model, aspects of the business plan, including the specifics of the business entity, marketing plan, business model, capital, situational analysis, analysis of customers, competition and risks. Quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, including interviews, surveys, and field research, are described in detail in the practical part of the thesis. Furthermore, in the practical part, an analysis of the obtained data and results is carried out, including a qualitative evaluation and interpretation of the data, and a business plan for the leisure center and the formulation of recommendations for the future implementation of the leisure center by the Karvinské moře are drawn up.
