Tato diplomová práce zkoumá roli lídrů a podoby hierarchie v prostředí guild v MMORPG hře World of Warcraft. Cílem tohoto výzkumu je vytvoření typologie lídrů, jejich chování a struktur rozložení komunit hráčů ve společenství guild. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on the role of leaders and hierarchy in the environment of guilds of MMORPG game World of Warcraft. The focus of this research is to create a typology of leaders in this game as well as to look at the behaviour of players and the structure of communities.
