Abstract:
In the introductory part of this thesis we focus on two main bacteria – Borrelia burgdorferi s.l. and Anaplasma phagocytophilum, which are transmitted by ticks, in Europe mainly from the Ixodes ricinus species. Abstract:
Úvodní část této práce se věnuje problematice dvou hlavních baktérií, které jsou přenášené klíšťaty – v Evropě především druhem Ixodes ricinus. Jedná se o Borrelia burgdorferi s.l. a Anaplasma phagocytophilum. Onemocnění, která tyto baktérie způsobují, se nazývají lymská borelióza a lidská granulocytární anaplazmóza.
