Abstract:
Teoretická část diplomové práce objasňuje problematiku veřejné správy a územních samosprávných celků v České republice. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou financování obce Staré Město, ležícího v okrese Bruntál, v Moravskoslezském kraji v období let 2000 — 2014. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis enlightens issues of public administration and local government units in the Czech Republic.
