Kissinger’s Negotiating Techniques and Strategy

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce, se zabývá vyjednávacími technikami a strategiemi, které uplatňoval a využíval ve své diplomatické praxi významný diplomat a politik Henry Kissinger při svých mezinárodních vyjednávání na nejvyšší úrovni. Objasňuje a shrnuje základní principy těchto strategií a snaží se je transformovat do obecné roviny, kde mohou dále sloužit a být využitelné pro přípravu na jakékoliv připravované vyjednávání oblastech jako jsou mezinárodní vztahy, diplomacie nebo také v oblasti businessu, a které nám pomůže toto vyjednávání dovést do úspěšného konce.

Abstract:

This Master‘s dissertation deals with the negotiation techniques and strategies that the prominent diplomat and politician Henry Kissinger applied and used in his diplomatic practice during his international negotiations at the highest level. It clarifies and summarizes the basic principles of these strategies and tries to transform them into a general level, where they can further serve and be useful for preparing for any forthcoming negotiation in areas such as international relations, diplomacy or also in the business area, and which will help us lead this negotiation to successful ending.
