Skladování v C. BECHSTEIN EUROPE s.r.o.

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení skladování v podniku C. BECHSTEIN EUROPE s.r.o. Zabývá se skladováním komponent pro výrobu pianin a klavírů a zároveň i skladováním hotových nástrojů. Předmětem této práce jsou návrhy pro zlepšení skladování a jejich následné zhodnocení.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on improvement of storaging exercised by the C. BECHSTEIN EUROPE inc. company, namely the storage of components for manufacturing pianos and also the finished instruments themselves. Objective of this thesis is to propose ideas on improvement of company's storage capabilities and their subsequent evaluation.
