Criminology experiment for clarification and investigation of violent crime

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využíváním metody kriminalistického experimentu v souvislosti s objasňováním a vyšetřováním, zejména násilné trestné činnosti, které koná policejní orgán. Stručně popisuje násilné trestné činy a některé související pojmy problematiky. Rovněž je i proveden exkurz do historie kriminalistiky a kriminalistického experimentu. Především pojednává o obecném popisu problematiky využívání metody kriminalistického experimentu a poukazuje i na nové technické možnosti pomocí počítačové animace. Práce zahrnuje dané téma z pohledu kriminalistické vědy, jako metody kriminalisticko-taktické, ale rovněž i z hlediska trestně procesní úpravy. Součástí práce je komparace institutu vyšetřovacího pokusu v rámci okolních zemí, a to Slovenskem, Polskem, Rakouskem, Německem, Ruskem a Bulharskem. Závěr je doplněn o vybrané kazuistiky vyšetřovaných násilných trestných činů, kde bylo využito metody kriminalistického experimentu nebo vyšetřovacího pokusu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of using a method of criminal experiment in connection with solving and investigation of violent criminal act, which is performed by the police force. It briefly describes violent criminal acts and some interconnected concepts of this problem. There is also en excursus to the history of criminal science and the criminal experiment. The thesis discusses general description of the problems of using a method of criminal experiment and points out that there are new technological possibilities with the help of computer animation. The thesis looks at this theme from the point of view of criminal science, e.g. criminal-tactical methods, as well as of criminal-procedural regulations. There is also a comparison of institution of investigative experiment within nearby countries ? Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Germany, Russia and Bulgaria. In the conclusion there are selected casuistries of investigated violent criminal acts, in which the method of criminal experiment or of investigative experiment was used.
