Assessment of work adaptation system in concrete organisation

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá procesem adaptace nových pracovníků v konkrétní organizaci XY, která je zadavatelem výzkumu. Cílem práce je zjistit co v průběhu procesu adaptace nových pracovníků v organizaci XY podporuje nebo naopak brání v dosahování čtyř organizací stanovených cílů. Práce je tedy pojata jako případová studie a zároveň jako procesně – výsledková evaluace. V rámci této případové studie si kladu čtyři dílčí cíle. Prvním cílem je zmapovat současné přístupy a koncepty související s procesem adaptace nových pracovníků v organizaci. Druhým dílčím cílem práce je zjistit, jak je v konkrétní organizaci XY proces adaptace nových zaměstnanců nastaven. Naplněním prvních dvou dílčích cílů práce je sepsání teoretické části. Třetím dílčím cílem je zjistit, jak proces adaptace nových pracovníků v konkrétní organizaci reálně probíhá. Čtvrtým dílčím cílem práce je poznání, co v průběhu procesu adaptace v dané organizaci podporuje nebo naopak brání v dosahování požadovaných cílů. Naplněním posledního dílčího cíle diplomové práce je zodpovězení výzkumných otázek. Dospívám k závěru, že nástroje, které proces úspěšné adaptace nových pracovníků v organizaci XY nejvíce podporují, jej při své absenci mohou také nejvíce brzdit. Na základě empirických zjištění předkládám na konci diplomové práce doporučení pro organizaci XY.

Abstract:

The present thesis examines the process of adaptation of new employees in a particular organization XY, which is the authority of research. The aim is to find out what in the process of adaptation of new employees in the organization supports or defending in achieving the four organizations set objectives. Labour is thus conceived as a case study as well as a process - results evaluation. In this case study, I set four sub-goals. The first goal is to explore current practices and concepts related to the process of adaptation of new employees in the organization. The second partial objective is to determine how a particular organization adaptation process of new employees is set. The result of two goals is a theoretical part. Third sub-goal is to determine how the process of adaptation of new employees in a particular organization actually happens. The fourth sub-goal is to discover what the adaptation process in the organization supports or obstruct the achievement of the desired goals. The fulfillment of the last part of the thesis aims to answer the research questions. I conclude that the tools that a successful process of adaptation of new employees in the organization XY many supporters during their absence it may also be possible to brake. Based on empirical findings are presented at the end of the thesis recommendations for the organization XY.
