Abstract:

Koronavirus nebo pandemie COVID-19 způsobila mnoho problémů po celém světě, včetně neschopnosti pracovat za normálních okolností. Práce na dálku je řešení, se kterým vláda přišla, aby omezila kontakt s ostatními lidmi, jako jsou spolupracovníci a zákazníci. Teleworking je schopnost plnit úkoly pro firmu z domova, obvykle s propojením se společností prostřednictvím technologie. Vylepšení technologií včetně telekomunikačních systémů je velkou součástí možnosti pracovat z domova. Telekomunikační systémy umožňují zaměstnancům komunikovat různými formami as kýmkoli v jejich skupině, společnosti nebo klientům. Aby bylo možné zjistit, jaké nástroje jsou pro práci na dálku nezbytné, byl během pandemie koronaviru vytvořen dotazník s možností výběru z více možností, dlouhou odpovědí a částí Likertovy stupnice. Průzkum byl zaslán jak Citibank, tak UniCredit, aby získal data a informace o tom, jak funguje práce na dálku během COVID-19. Dotazník také odhalil potřebné vybavení pro pracovníky na dálku a jejich oblíbené způsoby komunikace, jako jsou telekomunikační systémy. Mezi známé telekomunikační systémy používané pro výzkum patří WebEx, Slack, Microsoft Teams a Skype pro firmy. V rámci práce na dálku ve finančním sektoru jsou nástroje, jako jsou telefony, firemní počítače a telekomunikační systémy, důležité pro schopnost pracovníků na dálku plnit úkoly a zůstat v kontaktu s lidmi. Nejoblíbenějšími způsoby komunikace, které zaměstnanci volí, jsou staromódní způsoby, jako jsou e-maily a telefonní hovory. Zaměstnanci obou finančních institucí však také považovali telekomunikační systémy za cenné pro jejich podnikání. Telekomunikační systém WebEx byl zaměstnanci Citibank upřednostňován před všemi ostatními systémy. Na druhou stranu pracovníci UniCredit ocenili Microsoft Teams více než jakýkoli jiný telekomunikační systém. Rozdíl mezi finančními institucemi vytvořil výukovou platformu, z níž UniCredit i Citibank mohly získat nové porozumění a metodu, kterou lze implementovat pro pracovníky na dálku.

Abstract:

The coronavirus or COVID-19 pandemic has caused many issues across the world including the inability to work in normal circumstances. Teleworking is a solution that the government came up with in order to limit contact with other people such as co-workers and customers. Teleworking is the ability to complete assignments for the business from home usually with a connection to the company via technology. Improvements in technology including telecommunication systems are a big part of having the ability to work from home. Telecommunication systems allow employees to communicate in various forms and with anyone in their group, company, or clients. In order to discover what tools are necessary for teleworking, during the coronavirus pandemic, a questionnaire was created with a multiple-choice, long response, and a Likert scale section. The survey was sent to both Citibank and UniCredit to attain data and information about how teleworking is functioning during COVID-19. The questionnaire also discovered the necessary equipment for teleworkers and their favorite methods of communication such as telecommunication systems. Well-known telecommunication systems used for the research include WebEx, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Skype for Business. Within teleworking in the financial sector, tools such as phones, the company’s computers, and telecommunication systems are significant to the teleworkers' ability to complete assignments and stay connected with people. The most favored methods of communication chosen by employees are old-fashioned methods such as emails and phone calls. However, the employees of both financial institutions also found telecommunication systems to be valuable to their business. The telecommunication system, WebEx, was favored over all other systems by the Citibank employees. On the other side, UniCredit workers appreciated Microsoft Teams more than any other telecommunication systems. The difference between the financial institutions created a learning platform from which both UniCredit and Citibank could gain a new understanding and method to be implemented for teleworkers.
