The business plan to start a construction company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce si klade za hlavní cíl vytvořit podnikatelský záměr na novou stavební firmu. Dílčími cíli jsou analýza podnikového prostředí a vytvoření kompletní kalkulace na jeden projekt výstavby. Vedle charakteristiky trhu s nemovitostmi a lehkého průzkumu realitního trhu je práce zaměřena na firmu jako celek. Praktická část je zaměřena na ekonomické výpočty.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis aims to create a business plan for a new construction company. Sub- objectives are the analysis of the corporate environment and the creation of a complete calculation per construction project.
